The dogs and I enjoyed a lovely walk with @judithg and Monty this morning. We headed off to Linton and walked up Rivey Hill, along the Roman road to Hidersham and back to Linton, where we stopped off for delicious cappucinno and cake-for-lunch at The Linton Kitchen. It was a grey murky morning and muddy underfoot, but not cold and it was lovely to have a good long walk and catch-up. Not so lovely was Pip, who rolled in an enormous pile of unidentified poo and ponged to high heaven. I had to give her a shampoo and blow-dry before taking her home.(Pip is the sister of Storm and Maia and belongs to our friend and neighbour - she often comes for walks with us. Usually Pip is a model of good behaviour and puts my two to shame, but for once she was on the naughty step!)
