New architecture, still in construction

Not all architecture is old. This one is being constructed. I wonder what it will look like when it is done? How will it be laid off on the inside (as this style house if quite different from the ones on our end of the subdivision)?

My friend and I used to "visit" some of these new constructions. Not as easy to do now as it used to be. Nicely shot.
