I originally took this picture of Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany sometime between July 1990 and August 1994 using my old Pentax K-1000 and film. I'm not which trip this because we visited this castle on many occasions. It is one of Germany's most recognized architectural structures and one of my favorite memories of Germany, so I scanned it into my phone using my film scanner this morning for Architectural August and Midweek Memories challenges.
@cindyloo Thanks so much for the FAV! @amandal Thanks. It's very hard to convert them because you have to invert them. They always look very blue. They other version of this had better color, but this one had better detail in the background. @zosimasy@photographycrazy Thanks!
@lsquared@randystreat@susale Thanks! @khirsch Thanks. The blue is the result of scanning in the negative and inverting the colors. It always looks very blue, in spite of much processing to remove it.
