this was a day I thought I wouldn't get a shot if I paid for one...tried some more food photography with little luck...so I left the house and headed for our local county park...I was blessed to stumble upon Alice again...not the one in the rabbit hole, but the one who works with a wildlife organization and she feeds some of the species of fowl at the park...she pays for the corn herself and has the permission to feed...you aren't supposed to feed the wildlife...I got some good shots but at some point must have hit some button with my almost numb fingers so this close up of one of the mute swans was so overexposed I thought it was hopeless...uploaded it to lightroom to see if I could do anything with it then to picmonkey to collage it and voila! I actually really like it! I hope to meet up with Alice again (this was my second time, previously it was a dazzling summer day and I have great shots from that day with her and the birds!) as it always is a great picture-taking experience and I learn new bird facts from her each time!
