I have been waiting for some good clouds to try this for my tag challenge except I missed the deadline. b&w and nature were my tags. not totally happy with the cloud and will probably revisit when we have some big puffy deep clouds in the summer!
@wrstumpel turned to black and white in lightroom and started playing with the dark sliders. the blue sky reads as a dark. I used the brush tool to darken certain areas where the clouds were kind of thin and see through so it basically removed them. I also added some gradient filters with the highlights turned up in some of the areas where the sun hit the cloud. You can do that with the adjustment brush as well.
