I think I am over-thinking photography. somehow I feel as if everything should be a masterpiece that I post anywhere and feel I can't produce. UGH! comparing and wishing I knew more. unable to get a lot of training, feeling I don't have the energy and disappointed with my creativity. wish I had started so much earlier in my life...don't want to give up and so desperately want to improve! I want to know everything!!! sorry for the vent...just have these days sometimes!
We all have those days. Before 365 i would lose motivation for months on end. As much as i love 365 no-one puts up a masterpiece every day. Youre doing great! Don't give up!

❤No one is never late for anything, dear Jackie. It's just delayed and other things had more priority. You're doing fantastically with your images, not every images, but a lot of them. And guess what, you're not the only one😊! I too, sometimes don't have ideas and objects to photograph and sometimes the results are dissapointing, but hey...I've done my best😊! If this time doesn't click, then maybe next time 😊.
Me, too! Thus, I remind myself of Tip #3: "Don't be a perfectionist. It's 365 photos, not 365 masterpieces." Not that I always follow the tip - ha ha! I just like things to look GREAT! Anyway, love this one, Jackie! ;)
I understand how you're feeling. Before I joined this site I just took photos of whatever (being winter didn't help). I was starved for any kind of feedback or appreciation of how hard this project can be at times. When I found this site all of that changed and now I want to have masterpieces to post every day, and that's really not realistic at all! At least for me and my broken camera, really good shots are a total fluke. I'm trying to let go of it but it can be hard.
Sometimes we just need a few little/no effort days to relax, maybe that would help :)
I do love this one though! The color and focus are beautiful.
i know what you mean...some days i look at my photos and think they are all awful...very frustrating. this is a lovely photo, nice focus and dof and composition!
