this is Austen. I had the fortune to attend a gallery show of his work tonight. it was unplanned but it was such a treat. his sculpture was amazing. he has been doing it for 5 years...he is 20. two weeks ago he sold out of all of his sculptures...the 15-20 pieces in the show were all done since then! very prolific and each was just as good as the next. he was more than gracious in letting me take photos and gave me his e mail address to send them to him.
I love this portrait even more now that I know the story behind it. His sculptures were amazing! What talent for someone his age. Your shots of his work were amazing, too. Loved them all. fav
