saturday was a surprise 40th anniversary party for one of my best friends. I was the liar in the surprise. I told them I had won a dinner and would like them to join us and then go out to see our new house. when I pulled into church where the party was being held they still had no idea what was going on. the real surprise were the out of town guests, especially one of their daughters they hadn't seen for almost a year. it was a happy day. one I am sure no one who was there will forget. this is michelle, their granddaughter who was willing to sit for me to get my exposure correct so I could take some family photos to commemorate the day!
