This is very cool! Great composition & can I ask how you processed to get the half b&w effect? Works so well here!

@amyk lightroom I used the graduated filter with -100 saturation. You can used the brush the same way. I used the brush to work around the colored side details. Not difficult at all just a bit putzy! Thanks!

This is very fun...and could be used to make a statement about how the employees are part of the background.
