Hi partner! Thank you for the abstract challenge. That should be doable with my limited mobility right now.
Your challenge is to try an in-camera multiple exposure. Here's a quick link to the manual for your camera: https://cs.olympus-imaging.jp/en/support/imsg/digicamera/download/manual/omd/man_em10m2_e.pdf
and the multiple exposure settings are on page 92.

You could try double, or more. Whatever you like. I hope you can have a little fun and enjoy exploring your camera with this. If you'd prefer a different challenge, though, just let me know and I'll set another.

@robz @yolanda Thank you both so much! I find it difficult to take a shot that is abstract. It is not an art style that I appreciate very much, although I try to.
This was a pointy collander on my lightbox and I was playing with instant digital smoke :)
