Sheep with a purpose

We took a walk this morning on the heatherfields near Blaricum, were we saw a flock of sheep.
This one was thirsty and I stood near it’s puddle.

@robz I believe this is a Heidschnucke, a heather sheep breed. Originaly from North Germany.

Very nice shot. I have never seen sheep like this before with both horns and hair as opposed to the fleece type sheep that I am used to.
You were smart to stand near the water - you caught her coming directly towards you! Well done!
