Yes great dof but I do find the area at the bottom a bit distracting. I tried it in b&w and that (strangely) did the trick for me and you could really make the berries pop as well. Super detail using your 100mm macro. I sometimes wish I had bought that rather than the 60mm macro lens.
@nairda I hear what you're saying regarding the distraction of the leaves at the bottom. I'm interested to know how you would make the berries 'pop' - I'm a bit of a novice there. I do love my 100 mm lens, but funnily enough a 50 mm lens is on my Christmas list. After your comments I have been trying some photoshop editing, which I never do, so I'll post the two fun images I got. I love the filter effect of the solarisation and the plasticising!
