Cleared the shelves at Trader Joe's … the only place I can find pure cranberry juice, NOT made from concentrate, and not sweetened! Thought I'd play with the processing a bit and make it more interesting!
@bkbinthecity@allisonraposa Thanks! I have to say that this juice is very bitter to drink alone, so I always mix it with a bit of fresh orange juice. Even just finding juices that are not made from concentrate takes a bit of effort sometimes! You have to read the labels carefully. 'Organic' does not necessarily equal 'not from concentrate'. I recently read that juice made from concentrate has no fibre in it, and very little goodness.
