Over the Christmas holidays, our daughter insisted that I make something, with her, from her 'Sculpd' package. Then, as time ran out, she went off back to Norway and left me to finish both hers and mine. This is my effort. I'm not super proud of it, as I think 8-year old me could have done as good a job, but I did enjoy making it with Mhairi - and I did the final touches whilst chatting with her on WhatsApp video. The wonders of modern technology and modern kids!
More power cuts and storm devastation up in our area of the world - although we personally have been fortunate and survived storm Malik unscathed. But let's see what storm Corrie will bring us.
That looks great fun….I think you’ve made a good great effort but perhaps not up to The Great Pottery Throw Down challenge quite yet! Hope the storms don’t batter your area much….seems to be all along the east coast.
Lovely to do creative things together and sharing on WhatsApp is great!! Very very wild here tonight. I don't remember hearing such scary sounds before and just wondering if schools/roads closed in the morning. Keep cosy!
