beauty and the beast

one of the things I love the most about this project is that it makes you look much more closely at things that you see every day. Until I took this photo I hadn't realised that thie tiny flowers on this Rogersia plant were so pretty.

The plant, which stands at about 6 feet tall, appeared one year in one of our flower beds. We have no idea how it got there.
