I love this tree. I see it at least twice a day from the field behind our house where our donkeys, goats, chickens and now pigs live. It never ceases to amaze me how different the sky can look from day to day, or hour to hour, and I have decided to set up an album dedicated to just that.
No Lucy. Most of our garden is very steep and this is a seating area at the very top (above the rockery/waterfall in my open gardens shot) We had lots of work done on the garden about 6 years ago and took down a big leylandii hedge and put this area in because it has a lovely almost 360 degree view which not only takes in 'my tree' but the village and the donks too. One day we might even have time and the weather to use it! ps it doesn't usually look this tidy! @lucypics
Thanks Pat, the shed was a playhouse that we made for the kids. They definitely used it less than ten times ever! We then used it for the chickens for a while when their proper house was infested with red mites. The tree trunk bits are old telegraph poles. @happypat
I can just imagine what the view from there is like. So nice to have a place to sit and relax. It's really good that your tree can be enjoyed when you have a glass of wine in your hand, relaxing with friends.
Must be lovely to be there. I have a small sitout like that in the forest area near mumbai. This reminds me of the lovely years we spent developing the sit out .
