We have an incredible back lit stained glass window that we set on a timer at this time of year. When we arrive home in the dark, we are welcomed by this. The photo really doesn't do it justice. Any suggestions for camera settings to take it? This was an 8 sec exposure, 1250 ISO, F16. Or any other suggestions? I did lighten the shadows a bit
Its a nice shot. I might have also tried it more straight on to reduce possible reflections. Not an expert but I think I have read someone say that such a high ISO might lead to graining. Good job in difficult light though!
What a wonderful idea to keep the short days from dragging. This is lovely, I don't have any suggestion on the shot, but I'll be interested to see what you come up with.
