We've lived in Oregon since 1979 and driven by this house many hundreds of times watching it fall into further and further dis-repair. It used to have a moss covered shingle roof that somehow reminds me of our earliest years here. In the past couple of years, it got a new roof. No other signs of being cared for, but somehow a new roof says someone doesn't want the structure to be completely ruined.
