It's so wonderful to have the birds and critters back and a brief interlude when it was sunny and not too much wind. We've decided to postpone our trip since the weather report for the whole NW is rain and pretty cold so going camping doesn't have much appeal!

what a glossy bee, most of ours are so fuzzy... I think it might just be the angle though, as I look closer, there are the fuzzy feet etc. and the clear wings too... very nice shot.
