Life has been crazy with my daughter and family visiting and then packing for a camping trip with my son and family. I'm way behind both in posting and commenting and will be without internet for the next several days. But I couldn't resist posting this story board. A friend and I went back to where we'd shot the pigeon guillemots when they were courting and now they have babies...though they are so far down in the pilings that I couldn't see them. To my mind, the first frame is a discussion between mom and dad about whose turn it is to go get dinner! One of them then returns with a fish and then carefully drops it down in the hollow piling for the waiting baby. What a treat to get to watch and photograph! Best on black and viewed large to get the delightful detail.
