Best on black. I went out to watch for meteor shower and photograph the Milky Way at a campground fairly near here. I did get a few shots with a meteor (in fact this one has one way on left edge of frame.) I may post one of those later but I liked this composition better.

Awesome capture. Looks like there might be some additional comets over on the right side also. Yeah, I just haven't found a dark enough spot around here to get some good shots.
