I'm posting both versions because I'm not sure which I prefer. What do you think? I think maybe the black and white because I had to adjust the white balance in the color version because of the street light and the twilight blue seems off.

The blue does seem too blue for twilight, yet I still prefer this one. In the B&w version you lose the twilight atmosphere completely, but perhaps it doesn't matter, as long as you don't know it was twilight!

(The clouds right at the top of the picture seem a bit distorted...what would be the reason? Just the slow shutter speed?)
