I am assuming you are referring to the Sierra Nevadas? If so, that is my childhood stomping grounds. Your photo has made me miss home. What a wonderful shot. But then again all your shots are wonderful :)

@deniseizzi thanks. This was taken fairly near Bishop, CA. If I could find my records I could tell you re the name of the lake...maybe Mack lake? Where do you live now?
