Poplar ICM by jgpittenger

Poplar ICM

I am WAY behind! I spent all day yesterday at Finley Wildlife Preserve. On the way there, we stopped by a grove of poplars and I couldn't resist doing some ICM.
I kind of like how it turned out with some black and white processing.
Thanks so much for your visits, comments, suggestions, favs. They mean a lot to me. I will do my best to visit your albums later today.
This is a great ICM. Really effective. How did you do it?

@lisatargowska well...it was a bright sunny day so I set my ISO to 100, my aperture to 32, giving me as low enough shutter speed without needing any filters and I played around with moving my camera in a vertical direction until I got the amount of blur I wanted. Then I went into silver EFEX pro (a black and white editing program) and then decreased the opacity so that some color came through

Purely abstract, and it reminds me of bamboo. I've got to try that decreased opacity technique. Thanks for sharing.
