In the middle of the night one of the first days we were in Hawaii after a sweet much needed (in Hawaii) rain, I woke to the strangest sound...some kind of weird machine sound I thought. I got up to check it out and following the sound went out to the lanai and saw the bird bath filled with about 6 frogs. Some of them were in X rated positions! I went back inside and got my camera but the making of a new generation was no longer happening. I liked the kind of dazed look on this one though.

Haha! The morning after! We heard that sound and thought there were huge crickets or something. Learned about the frogs later in our visit but never really saw them. Only head them every night.
