Another shot taken after my meeting last night. I stopped at the dock and loved the light flare coming through the trees. I was trying to get it to show up as a starburst using an aperture of 22, but no such luck. ANyone able to tell me what I could have done?
It may just have been a bit too 'big 'or too weak - I've got it to work but it needs to be quite a strong pinpoint light - sun through trees works well. Lovely scene though.

I got the starburst effect using aperture 22 last weekend; don't know why yours didn't turn out the same. Maybe the exposure times were different? I was in a very shady area with the sun filtering through and probably had a slightly longer shutter speed. Hm.
