My last attempt at @pizzaboy's push challenge or me to photograph local culture. I liked the morning assembly...kayak fisher, and two fishing boats getting paperwork approved by official with a bum knee. Looks as if the kayak is going West towards the ocean but I suspect the fishing boats will go up river to catch salmon going to spawn. Fishing and logging are the traditional ways to make money here...been replaced by tourism and retirement
I love your local culture challenge Jane. The water is beautifully captured here & the shadows of those poles perfect. All looks very laid back & a brilliant way to hang out.
