I was out on the porch swing having lunch when I spied this elephant garlic that had flowered and fallen on the ground. My photographer parts said "that would make a great shot". Unlike hummingbirds who may well be gone if I don't go get my camera immediately, I figured this would
stay until I finished lunch. Then I went o it with my macro lens with and without flash. It is so amazing what happens to the background using the ring flash. You can see others in my other albums.
