I yelled at Jim to stop when I saw this loon fluffing his feathers and seeming to be doing a mating dance...though I didn't see a potential partner!

@taffy Pacific Loon, not Arctic. and, interestingly, it is adult non breeding coloring so it clearly wasn't doing a mating display. It should be changing into breeding plumage soon
