@myhrhelper challenged me to use mirror or reflections in a picture. So I used a mirror and put it in the window where Two and I sit to bird watch. I hope you like this fun shot. Also took a new avatar using the mirror in the window.
HAPPY VALENTINES every one snuggle close to your loved one. And to all my New England friends stay warm and safe.
This is a great fun image Joan - the pair of you look very contented together. Not so keen on the new avatar because we can't see your face... and it's not as if you're camera shy, like some on here!
Oh...this is very cool. I love it ...of both of you! Another storm? Sure hope you get some relief soon. Makes me feel a bit guilty about out beautiful weather here!! (well, just a little maybe!) :)
@vignouse But I wanted people to recognize me on the outside. lol New me may be revealed when I lose the weight I am attempting to lose. Do you can nag me about doing exercise (today - shoveling) and eating healthy.
So cute, how you're sitting at the window together. Two certainly does look bigger! Very imaginative photo and I do like your new avatar. Good luck with the diet!
@joansmor You're not the only one on a diet - I've lost 6 kgs and I have another 6 to lose... 10 more would be better, but at 70 years old you've got to be realistic. Lent starts Wednesday so that will help.
I think Two looks bigger than she is because she's actually much nearer the camera than you are.
@vignouse Thanks for that explanation. I have lost 5 pounds need to loss 30 more and then maybe 20 more. Two was very upset at people thinking she was a big cat. I have been watching her weight as she had been gaining steady. She's not happy dieting and then this. LOL
I like the balance between the two of your. Hope you're still tucked away cozily ... with power. We're to get a few inches tonight. I'm sure that our New England friends would laugh at all the hatch-battening that will be going on. But hey. On Saturday evening we got a sudden quarter inch and cars were EVERYWHERE in the ditches.
@myhrhelper I stuck a square flat mirror in the window. And took a picture of what it would look like if we were actually looking out the window. So yes it is actual reflection.

Love the bird watchers!
