Wanted to say conquered the fear but my fear of heights is not conquered just tamed in certain situations. I can and did drive over and through many mountains. Today we drove over the Smokey's from Gatlinburg, Tn to Cherokee, NC and back. Amazing drive. But at times my fear kicks in and I have to concentrate on the road. Going over to Cherokee on our way back to Fl.
We're heading to the mountains on Thursday -- the colors you've captured are so beautiful that I hope we're there in time. Totally can relate to fear of driving in mountains at heights!!
What a beautiful scene Joan! I'm ok on mountain roads as long as they are not right at the edge! So I understand your fear. Good for you though and great shot!
