This was the second time I went with Ann to visit Grey Towers. I was unable to do the tour because of the steps and so much walking. I don't believe they would have allowed my rollator. But my friend Rachel had my cellphone as she ran out of data. So I have plenty of pictures from inside. I have done lots of tours of these types of "Summer Cottages.
Oh this is brilliant. I always wanted to live in a round house when I was a child, either a lighthouse or a windmill but this would be perfect. fav. Can't cope with the stairs these days though, ha ha.
Nice shot of one of the towers- actually I think you might have been able to do the tour- we really did not go up any of the stairs. What might have been tricky would have been some of the door ways. But you had that crazy meet up with the Columcille lady while we were inside- just as entertaining!
@olivetreeann I did and I enjoyed sitting in the sun plus I have all the pictures Rachel took on my cellphone. When I am feeling better I should straight that tower out a bit.
