One day the trees look like dead wood that hasn't fallen over and then spring flows in their limbs and the forest begins to look like a living thing. That my friends is spring in Maine.
@barbarajdonnellan I've noticed a lot of new things because of this site but the subtle changes of spring is something I have notices for several years. Only a true New Englander can appreciate.
