How odd nobody is out, if this would be Finland then it would be completely possible sight. I love the blue feel

@chard Thank you, the stores were open but no one was staying outside long, kinda windy.

@deborah63 The lack of sun on the east side gave me fits but then I decided to ignore it.

I like the blue tones in this, there must be people around as I see parked cars, maybe they are busy Christmas shopping.

@stephanies The blues fit the temperature. I think I did see a couple walk into one the of the stores but they saw my camera and moved rather quickly. :)
