Disappearing

Went on a dog rescue yesterday, no pictures of the 3 pups that we helped find new homes but, saw this old home off to the side and grabbed an iphone shot. Processed with Silver Efex.
Reminds me of Kansas and the Wizard of Oz. Lovely in the silver. Glad you found the pups homes too!

@gardenfolk Thank you, the house is in server disrepair but still has a great deal of character. The rescue is a semi regular thing, I drive just a section of the dog(s) journey to a new home. I like to try and get pictures to post but we were running late and the receiving shelter needed to get on the road home.

So awesome of your to help out the pups like that and you got an amazing photo while you were out in the process. It's a win-win...especially for the pups.

Wonderful Windswept Prairie scene. I love the dark sky that peeks through the clouds

@cjphoto Thank you, I really like that I can help with driving the dogs to new homes. I am not ready to get another dog just yet. I get my dog fix this way.

@francoise Thank you very much, I wasn't sure how far I could/should go onto the property. I worry about vagrants and other unique persons who might be around.

Lovely editing and composition, I really like the breezy feel to the grasses, fave. It's so great that you do what you do, I am sure the rescues are so grateful too.

@stephanies Thank you so much, phone shots are becoming much more common with me. The rescues are fun and I try to make extra time for photography but this trip things were all off schedule.

@davidrobinson Thank you, the rain was a hit and miss but the clouds were so very cooperative.
