I really don't know the story behind this but I found it in my Mother's jewelry box. She may have purchased it in the late 1930's around the time the movie "The Wizard of Oz" was popular. The witch fascinates me a great deal. I believe it is made of copper as it is rather light in weight with a touch of patina.
If anyone knows more about something like this, please let me know.
