I met these wonderful parents today at Aspen Corner on the Snowbolw Road (Joe and Glenna). I was about to get into my car after having walked among the as yet un-changed Aspen trees when we spotted each other. They told me that they were going hiking. I answered back that I liked their style. It showed great panache. I walked over and we chatted some. They were on their way to get pictures taken for their son's wedding which was being held later this evening at the Snowbowl Lodge on Mt, Humphreys. How magical to have a wedding there. I asked them if I could take their picture for my Stranger Project. They very nicely agreed and I also gave them some information about our photographic community. I left them as the pro showed up and wished them well.
@yaorenliu Strange things happen all the time in Flagstaff. Really, the wedding photographer wanted to use the trail in the shots. @samae They were so fun and approachable. The SF Peaks is a magical spot for a wedding. @golftragic I mentioned to Glenna that my dress that I will wearing to my niece's wedding next month is the same color. Joe was just full of smiles. @domenicododaro It is important for me to step out of my solo photographer bubble and meet others. I am not so courageous yet but working on it. @fbailey The weather was perfect, a touch of smoke in the air (from a controlled burn) but still a few flowers and the grasses were changing color. @ziggy77 Thank you so very kindly for the fav. One of the wedding party was pregnant with triplets and already rather large at 5 months. @overalvandaan I am grateful that I met them.
