Pie Alternative

Happy Thanksgiving to All to celebrate.

Pumpkin Pie has always been my husband's contribution to today's dinner. It often doesn't get finished since my son's don't really care for it. Where did I go wrong?? i sometimes make pumpkin pie for my partner, but i dont like the texture, i hated pumpkin as a youngster with a gagging sensation, only after i started growing them did i start to give them a chance, pumpkin muffins are good though, might try this recipe.
