The mist coming from the trees as the sun touches them. This about as close to fog that we get around here. I have seen fog once or twice since I've lived here but, the 'steam' off the trees, fences, roof tops is a much more frequent occurrence.
@gamelee Thank you so much. @angelunderwater Thank you a great deal, truly appreciate the fav. @30pics4jackiesdiamond Very grateful, I was surprised that my cell phone did such a nice job. I usually use my old iPhone since it has a better camera. @tstb13 I was very surprised too. The air must have had more than normal water content. The temperature was the same today but no mist. I don't think that I will ever understand this high desert weather.
I am very appreciative of this fav. @jernst1779 Thank you so very much, especially for the fav. @francoise Thank you so kindly for the fav, the extra humid air combined with the sun just at the right angle as well as it being 24 degrees must have been what caused this- or desert fairy's :):)
How odd not to have any fog where you live. Here there's often fog in the winter when we don't have snow. I like how you captured the mist from the warm trees.
@blueberry1222 The climate up here is so strange, the next day no mist only bone chilling cold.
@ingajohansson I miss 'normal' weather. We are so dry here, 20% humidity or less is the usual in winter. When the Grand Canyon gets fog, it is almost magical.
@haskar So very kind of you and I am very much appreciative of the fav.
@yaorenliu It surely was, mist off trees is strange but very cool.
