Oh crap! The aerodynamics of a dog toy (the green thingy) are difficult to judge especially when one isn't careful. I was tossing the toy over hand and it chose to fly into a glass violin bottle that belonged to my Grandmother. The bottle sat on top of a 5ft bookcase and I gave it little thought about its safety. Wrong, wrong, wrong. I am on the fence about trying to fix it.
As long as there are a few good sized pieces I'd try. If there are some little shards it may not be worth the effort. IMO. Does make a good picture but at a cost.
Oh dear, it's a thing, an item, an object. But, it has emotional value, memories and history. Get off that fence....... made a great shot for you though!
@yrhenwr Grateful for the fav, one less thing to dust too, not that dusting happens often :):) @yaorenliu I tried but alas, too many small pieces that I couldn't find. @golftragic I did try but not meant to be. @onewing I also now a different appreciation for tossing dog toys in the house. @robz I agree memories of the heart are better than just a thing anyway. @ingajohansson Thank you so much. @ziggy77 I asked my sons if they had any attachment to it, which they didn't so, I am not too sad that I couldn't mend it properly. I rather let it go then hold on to a broken memory. @30pics4jackiesdiamond I did break it a while ago, I am finally glad that I got one more memory out of it. My Grandmother would understand, she got it at a tag sale. @haskar Shouldn't have indulged with the dog- should have gotten outside and tossed where it was better. Live and learn.

@jernst1779 I think that I should at least try. So very grateful for the fav.
@gardencat I should have been more careful, it was not worth much except to my heart.
@henrir I think that I should give it a try.
