Fabulous composition! I love your b&w processing. Great lines of course, interesting sky and it somehow has an emotional impact.

Love those leading lines especially in b&w

RR tracks are one of the grandest leading lines- and you've got two! Excellent shot with that dramatic sky as well.

Just read your blub (MROD) a perfect shot to go with the acronym!

I like the grittiness of the scene.
May 12th, 2019
Fabulous leading lines, leading to the ominous clouds off in the distance.
May 12th, 2019
has a bleak left-behind feel, enhanced by your skilful processing

@shannejw Thank you so much.
@joemuli Grateful for the fav. Thank you so much. Love old stuff.
@jernst1779 I was trying to stay ahead of the rain and storms when I saw this abandoned set of rails. Thank you so very much for the fav.
@kiwinanna You are so very kind, thank you for the fav.
@olivetreeann I love old rail lines. Copper mining was very 'big' in this area of Arizona but, then left for it to fade into obscurity, I am happy to see that artists have made the effort to save the area from economic decline.
@walrus So appreciative of the fav, thank you kindly.
@pdulis So very thankful for the fav.
@golftragic The Verde Valley- south of Flagstaff has a great many unique things. The rail lines haven't seen much use since the mining companies left after they took what they could. There is a tourist line that is rather popular. I like the old unused ones, a bit safer to explore too.:):)
@jo38 Truly grateful for the fav.
@mcsiegle Old things are most often best in B&W, me included. :):)
@fbailey Thank you so very much. I love old rail lines.
@ukandie1 Thank you so very kindly, truly appreciate the fav too.
@taffy Thank you so much, B&W really lets the character of rails shine.
@onewing Thank you so much. Rain and rails, a great combination.
@pistache You are so very kind, thank you so very much for the fav.
@gardenfolk- thank you so much for the fav, very grateful.

VML the leading lines ‘that lead to where, who knows where?’
May 12th, 2019
Great shot and processing.
May 12th, 2019
I love this--the tracks leading into a cloud on the horizon. Nice in B&W. Fav.
May 12th, 2019
Wonderfully composed and processed!
May 12th, 2019
@s4sayer Thank you and low angles are getting easier but still I'm glad that I didn't have an audience.:):)

@haskar Thank you so much, rain clouds almost demand B&W.

@eudora Thank you so kindly for the fav. The storm was coming up just in time, got lucky.

@northy Thank you very much.
