Learning more about fungi. These are Enoki. I haven't a clue how to cook them yet but garlic butter and fresh rosemary should be a good starting point.
@sugarmuser I read that mushrooms can help one sleep better so I will be up'ing my fungi.
@jernst1779 Thank you so much for the fav. Fresh rosemary, butter and garlic is one of my favorite go-to starters so, mushrooms should be a great addition.
@domenicododaro Thank you most kindly for the fav. I am trying to expand my pallet in the kitchen. I can find them occasionally but not sure how fresh they really should be to bring out their best. Damp growing conditions in Flag are a real challenge.
@tstb13 I did cook them in garlic butter with some smoked salt and they were yummy. Give them a try.
@samae Fresh herbs, butter and mushrooms with quinoa and touch of smoked salt can't be beat. Truly appreciate and am very thankful for the fav.

@haskar Thank you so much
@sdutoit They were nice, a gentle taste, nothing strong. I read that to dry cook them is best- just a very short time in a hot pan brings out their best. ( https://food52.com/recipes/34517-sauteed-enoki-mushrooms )- this is a fav cooking site of mine.
