James Smart's latest

For the current Album Cover Challenge.

My artist is: James Smart (February 29, 1888[1] – July 21, 1957[2]) he was a Canadian civil servant and the first superintendent for Riding Mountain National Park and was head of the National Parks Branch from 1941 to 1953.

My song is: Have to stop and that hurts which comes from a quote from L.M. Montgomery who is the author of 'Anne of Green Gables'
