Daily venue

Some days the blips and zaps of a keyboard communication is all I can manage. But this morning I did deliver the fleece socks that I made for donations to tribal elders on the Dene (Navajo) nation. It was so wonderful to talk with and see the woman who is coordinating the collection.

May all have a wonderful weekend.
Nicely done!

So truly thankful and grateful for the kind comments and favs. We all use keyboards in one form or another way more than we used to. My typing still isn't all that great but its probably due to my fat sausage fingers :-)

I admire your creativity — with the photography, editing, and also production of fleece socks. How great you were able to connect with the collection coordinator. Nice to be able to get out and away from keyboard for a bit.

@jgpittenger @mcsiegle Thank you both so much. I've made the socks for 20+ years and so glad that I was able to share outside of the family.

Interesting image. Now I'm trying to figure out how you did it.

@gardencat Thank you so much. It is three images. I created pencil sketches in (getpaint.net) then after a curve edit of each I layered them in Photoshop. I am going to try and learn how to do this in 'paint'.

@samae @bkbinthecity @haskar Thank you so much. Making the socks is fun but was very glad that I helped just a tiny bit for the elders.

That sounds like an awesome program to be a part of. I like your depiction of computer work too.
