This was taken a few years ago while visiting/prowling used bookstores in the general Phoenix area. The payphone is very dated as is the capacity limit of this cafe. I think that the white cord was someone who was charging their iPhone which is what drew my eye originally. This another archive dive as my Muse is still a bit non-communicative.
Hope all you Moms/Mums who celebrate today, that you have a wonderful Mother's Day.
I like the contrast between the pay phone and iPhone- good catch. I also like the processing- very artsy. I don't think your muse is absent, you're just speaking different languages right now because I think the treatment here was very creative! fav
Cool edit... I love the sticker on the phone handle... call anywhere in the USA for 25 cents a minute... definitely an ad before cell phones became popular.
So truly grateful and thankful for your kind and supportive comments. Those ancient tools of communication are rare these days. I wonder what the future will think of them. I can even remember using a nickle for a phone call, now that dates me. :-)
@olivetreeann I really like how you framed Muse persnickitiness. I agree 110%, still learning to speak kindly to my muse when she is just taking a breather or two.
