Week 12 - tools. Here it is in better condition ( https://365project.org/joysabin/365/2021-10-26 ). In retrospect, I actually like it with a flat bottom. Mixing my sauce for chicken francese tonight was much easier with this in its flatten condition. I've tried to unwind it but no luck.
Thank you so very much. My Mom used to call this whisk a gravy bouncer. That name seems to capture its true nature.
