I have seen these bumps and lumps on trees around town. I don't believe that they are a cause for alarm ( https://www.promiertree.com/trees/why-do-trees-get-bumps-and-what-to-do-about-it/ ) and anyway, I see them as a sign of wisdom and experience cause I have some too.....

Have you read The Hidden Life of Trees by Wohlleben? He has an entire chapter comparing the bark of trees to aging skin. Love the textures you have captured.
