PMAE No. 251

Mojo is resurfacing. Pulled out my original lensbaby that is similar to the more recent "Spark", no aperture settings what so ever. The lens is a flexible tube which one pulls or compresses for the desired focus and is taking getting a while getting used to. I do, however like the unpredictability of this lens.
Very interesting and fun effect on that apple.

@golftragic Thank you, this little apple is made of glass and it was my Grandmothers.

@joysabin Didn't know that, just assumed it was an ordinary apple.

Well done.

I used to own one, before they stole it from my wife into a backpack with my Nikon F4, a Nikkor 24-70 F:2,8 and... a Mexican king size hammock!

A lensbaby, I meant, not a glass apple ;)

@haskar Thank you so much. I have kept this little apple for so long and now I am glad that I still have it.

@domenicododaro I found mine on KEH.com a great used camera site but you would have to probably pay international shipping rates so the savings might not be so great. I called Lensbaby and asked if they sold lens caps for it still, no but, they sent me one they had lying around. I am sold on their 'happiness dept' as they call customer service.

@thistle Thank you a great deal. The lens has a mind of its own but, then is what makes it fun.

@mbrutus Thank you a great deal. This little lens is a lot of fun I need to buy an adapter for this to my Sony Alphas.

@gardenfolk Thank you, this lens is one of Lensbaby's first lenses. The lack of aperture settings is a challenge.
