@jsw0109 Hi Jeff. This effect is on the Photoshop CS6 program. I am just using a free trial of the CS6 for 30 days to see if I really want it because it's very expensive. And I need to take a class if I decide to keep it because there's an overwhelming amount of things to learn. I usually use the PS Elements 9 or the Photomatix HDR, but I want something more for graphics work. I'm just a beginner at all this stuff. Don't think I will ever graduate.
@tuya Thanks Claire. I love the oil paint filter effect. But like I was telling Jeff, I need to take a class and decide if I want to keep this expensive program.
@joysfocus Well, it has all changed. Adobe will NOT be selling the program n a box anymore. It is now called Photoshop Cloud and it is by monthly subscription only! If you CAN get a cheap copy of PS 6, get it. I use PS enough to warrant me subscribing to the monthly plan.
@tuya Thanks for the info Claire. I knew you could get it on the internet but I didn't know they stopped selling the actual boxed program. Bummer. I'll have to look for it. I just figured the box program would be less expensive.
