This little guy belongs to my brother-in-law Indigo. He's a Falconer. Indigo owns a company where he uses his hawks and falcons to persuade seagulls to stay away from city landfills. His birds are will fed and do not harm the gulls. They just chase them away. This Peregrine just finished eating which is why he still has a little red on his face. He didn't use his napkin at lunch.
